Heather Easter, LCSW-C
Heather is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW-C and Clinical Therapist. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology and a master's degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in Social Work (MSW). She also has a specialization in Family Therapy.
With over five years of experience working with individuals (including an emphasis on women and teenagers/young adults), groups, families, and couples, she is passionate about assisting others in achieving their full potential working from a strengths-based approach.
Her previous professional experience includes providing individual and group therapy services for youth and adults in both clinical and private practice settings, working with youth in the foster care system including supporting and counseling foster families, and mentoring young people in the child welfare system.
Her specializations include relationships issues, self-esteem, depression and anxiety, life changes and stressors, goal setting and empowerment skills. She is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and holds a certification in Disaster Mental Health Services through the American Red Cross.
